Visit Nicosia, the divided capital of Cyprus. This city is a perfect mix of ancient and modern with Massive Venetian Walls, beautiful architecture and monuments in contrast with shopping malls, office towers and outlets stores. Wander the back streets of the old town and shop for souvenirs and curiosities.

Day trip from Ayia Napa, Protaras and Larnaca. Available once a week from April to October, subject to availability. Please book at least 24 hours in advance.

Nicosia is the capital of Cyprus and sits in the heart of the island. It is the only divided capital city in the world and has a fascinating and diverse history. Today it is a modern and busy city with an abundance of shops alongside the historic landmarks and ancient sites.
We first make a short stop at the Cyprus handcrafts centre to discover the traditional crafts and products of the island before we reach the city centre. Once we get to the city we will have a short drive around the main monuments and places of interest.
We then stop close to the old town where you have around 3 and a half hours free time to explore the old part of Nicosia, visit the Ledra street border crossing or wander the narrow lanes of the Laiki Yeitonia area, shopping for souvenirs. If you prefer you can head to the more modern part of the city where you will find designer boutiques and outlet stores.
Tour Departure locations / Pick Up Points
This tour is available from Ayia Napa, Protaras and Larnaca areas. Pick up will be from designated pick up points around the resort. Your nearest pick up point may be a few minutes walk from your hotel. Your exact pick up location and time will be advised upon confirmation. Please be waiting at the pick up point before the time stated in case the bus is running early. Pick up times start around 08.30am in Ayia Napa, 08.00am Protaras and 09.10 in Larnaca.
Tour Schedule
This is a full day tour, around 6-7 hours duration including pick up and drop off. It is available once a week during the Summer months. Please book at least 24 hours in advance. For last minute bookings, please contact us and we will do our best to book you on this tour. At times of high demand we may need to offer you an alternative date if the tour is fully booked.
