An enchanting and uplifting experience in beautiful natural surroundings. Join our yoga experts for a 1 hour beach yoga session at Alaminos beach.

Available Thursdays from May to October, weather permitting. Please book at least 4 days in advance

This activity is available on Thursdays.

Start time is usually around 17.30 (5.30pm) and the session lasts around 1 hours.

Description

The class begins with a quick warmup and then gets into a 50 minute yoga class that will have different themes & intentions for each week. This class will either be a vinyasa style (more fluid movements) or a yin style (focusing more on flexibility with less movement).

Booking

Book this Yoga experience with a deposit and pay the rest on the day of the trip.

Please book at least 4 days in advance.

Please give a second choice of date in case the sea conditions are not calm enough for the trip to run or you preferred date is already fully booked.

Please note that there is a minimum number of participants required for this activity to run. If there are note enough people booked for your date we may need to offer you an alternative date or a cancellation.

Know before you go - Important information

What to bring: Enough water to stay hydrated (at least 1L), Protective clothing, Sunscreen/cream, Bathing suit, Towel.

Transport to the location is not included. Alaminos Beach is around 30 minutes drive west of Larnaca city, close to the village of Mazotos.

Maximum 6 people per session.
