We are paperless. No paper tickets will be sent. Please check your email confirmation for any e-tickets or information relevant to your booking.

We accept payment by Paypal and by Credit/Debit cards (processed through Stripe) and by iDEAL and giropay (processed through Stripe)

Booking Confirmation

When we receive your booking, we check the details and make the booking with the relevant supplier. We aim to confirm all bookings within 24 hours. If there is any delay we will keep you updated by email. Please check your inbox and junk/spam folders for an email from us.

Last minute Bookings

We will always try to accommodate even last minute bookings. If you are booking within 24 hours of your activity (48 hours at peak season) then there is a chance the experience/tour will be full, BUT we will always try! If you are booking last minute you can either email us first on info@loveayianapa.com so we can check availability or you can go ahead and make the booking and we will try our best to book you (If you are flexible with dates then this option usually works out well) Please bear in mind that if we need to refund your payment and you have paid by card, it can take up to 10 days to show back on your account.
