Payments
We accept payment by Paypal and by Credit/Debit cards (processed through Stripe) iDEAL and Giropay (processed through Stripe)
All orders should be processed by us within 24 hours. Please check for an email from us containing your confirmation.
Tickets
We are paperless. No paper tickets will be sent. Please check your email confirmation for meeting information relevant to your booked activity/experience.
Last Minute Bookings
In the case of last minute bookings, we will always do our best to get you booked and last minute bookings are usually no problem. However, we can't always guarantee bookings will be possible within 48 hours of the start time. If you would like to check availability before you pay, please email us on info@loveayianapa.com
Should we be unable to book you on your chosen date/time we will offer you the closest alternative or you may choose to cancel with a full refund. This only happens very rarely, such as due to very high demand, very low demand or operational changes by our suppliers. We will contact you by email as soon as possible to advise you of any changes to your booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time of your booked activity or experience are 100% non-refundable. Cancellations before this time may receive either a full or partial refund according to the suppliers conditions.
In the case of deposit only payment, all deposits are non-refundable unless your activity does not run on the date you have booked. In the event that your activity does not run we may offer you alternative options such as date or product. Should these not be suitable you would receive a refund of your deposit.
