Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time of your activity/experience are 100% non-refundable. Cancellations outside of this time will receive a full or partial refund according to the suppliers terms.
In the case of deposit only payment, all deposits are non-refundable unless your activity does not run on the date you have booked. In the event that your activity does not run we may offer you alternative options such as date or product. Should these not be suitable you would receive a refund of your deposit.
Should you have a complaint about your tour/activity, please in the first case raise your concerns with the tour provider at the time. Should you require further assistance, please email us with all the details of your complaint to info@loveayianapa.com and we will raise the issue with the supplier on your behalf. Please note that Love Ayia Napa is a booking agent only.
