Product Details

This brand new and completely magical festive proposal package is now available in Ayia Napa and Protaras areas. Ask your loved one to marry you in a gorgeous woodland setting, styled by our expert event planner to make your special moment completely unforgettable.

Available from 11 December onwards, all dates subject to availability. Please book at least 7 days in advance.

Locations

We use a forest area on the outskirts of Ayia Napa for this proposal package.

This package can also be set up in private villas or houses.

Please give your hotel/accommodation details when you make your booking and we can advise transport options getting from your hotel.

Please note that most locations we use are away from the resort centre and so a taxi will often be required to reach them (You can arrange this yourself or we can arrange it for you)

During the winter months the weather can sometimes be unpredictable. If the weather is not suitable our event planner will arrange an alternative date with you so you get the very best experience.

Booking

Book this package with just a deposit.

Please book at least 7 days in advance. Bookings can now be made for dates from 11 December onwards, subject to availability.

For last minute bookings, we will try our best to fit you in, please email us info@loveayianapa.com to check availability.

Please provide a second choice of date just in case your first choice is already reserved for someone else. (Our event planner can only take one booking on each date)

After booking, our event planner will be in touch with you to confirm exact timings, locations and any optional extras you may need to make your experience perfect for you.

Our event planner will then send you a final invoice with payment details for your balance to be paid before the proposal takes place.

PLEASE NOTE: Email confirmation will be sent so be sure to use an email address that your partner will not see!

Available in Ayia Napa and Protaras and surrounding areas only.

Once you have booked, our wedding planner will be in touch to finalise all the little details to make your proposal perfect.

We want your celebration to be perfect for you so don't be afraid to ask for whatever you need to make the occasion truly memorable. Our planners are very experienced and knowledgeable on where to source your choice of flowers, cakes, drinks, and decorations. All of these items and more can be added to your package at an extra charge.

Please book using an email address that your partner will not have access to as we will send confirmation to this email address and wouldn't want to spoil the surprise.
