Cyprus Cooking Class and Villages Tour from Larnaca

This tour is available all year round, excluding public holidays.

The duration is around 8-9 hours

This unique day out allows you to put your chefs hat on and learn how to make delicious Cypriot food in the home of a local. Set in the beautiful mountain countryside, this will be an unforgettable day of sights, tastes and new experiences.

This is a chance to learn traditional recipes first-hand with a village local who will guide you in preparing an authentic Cypriot main dish, side dish, salad and dessert.

In-between dishes, we’ll take a short trip to visit a local cheese-maker and buy fresh cheese so that we can make our delicious dessert on our return. Learn new skills, experience new flavours and take away some tried and tested recipes for tasty Cyprus cuisine.

This hands-on workshop ends with a traditional sit-down experience where you’ll enjoy all the dishes prepared. After our plentiful lunch we’ll continue our journey into the Troodos mountains to visit a pretty traditional village (either Omodos or Lefkara) where you’ll enjoy a guided walk and free time to explore or browse the craft shops.

We'll also get the chance to taste other traditional Cyprus flavours with a final stop where we can sample local wines, local honey and olive oil amongst other products.

Fantastic scenery and historical sights along the way plus the opportunity to buy authentic local products & wine at great prices. Photo memories taken by your guide will be sent to you by email.

Your pick up time will be around 08.30-09.00am. Your exact pick up time will be confirmed to you by the tour leader the evening before the tour once the day schedule is finalised.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Please book at least 7 days in advance. We ask that you give us a second choice of date in case the host or guide are already booked up for your chosen date. (Only 1 booking can take place per day)
