A private fishing trip for up to 15 people, combining a tuna fishing sunrise trip followed by a fun fishing, more relaxed trip. Set sail from Ayia Napa harbour at around 4am and return around 1300 - 14.00 (1-2pm). Perfect for stags or groups of friends. Tuna season runs from June until August and the best time to catch them is at sunrise. Join our experienced captains on this fishing extravaganza!

Available daily through June, July and August. Please book as far in advance as you can, and give us a bit of flexibility with your dates.

Availability / Schedule

This trip is available everyday, morning during tuna season (June - August), weather permitting.

We may need to offer you an alternative date if the boat is already full for your chosen date.

Please book as far in advance as you can. For last minute bookings, please contact us and we will do our best to book you on this trip.

Exact dates of this trip starting/ending will depend on when the Tuna arrive in our waters and when they leave.

Departure times will be around 04.30am

The duration is between 8-10 hours depending on the fishing.

Description

As the old saying goes, ‘a bad day fishing is always better than a good day at work’. Meet up with our well experienced captain at Ayia Napa harbour for this fishing trip of a lifetime. .

Experience the magic of the colours of the sky over the Mediterranean sea and try your hand at catching a big one - Tuna! Our captains use the latest fish finding technology as well as their many years of experience to ensure you have a great time at sea and the best chance of reeling in a tuna.

After we've spent 4 or 5 hours catching tuna, we'll switch to the smaller rods and troll for smaller local species of fish. There's also chance here to swim or snorkel if you wish.

Sandwiches and snacks are included and this is a full trip that will create everlasting memories, especially for groups of friends, stags etc.

Tuna season is usually June to August, but can be variable by a few weeks either way, depending on when the Tuna arrive in Cyprus waters. The tuna fishing trips usually sail before sunrise to have the best chance of getting a good catch. All equipment is included, with a maximum of 6 people fishing tuna at one time. When we switch to trolling for smaller fish there are additional rods available for this. Our captains will give instruction for beginners and we have enough equipment on board for each passenger to use.

Itinerary of this trip is subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions or reasons beyond our control.

Transport to Ayia Napa harbour is not included.

Tuna season is June-August. We can't guarantee any specific dates until they arrive in Cyprus waters. Some years they might arrive in May or stay as late as August.

All indicated times are approximate and subject to change.

Not suitable for wheelchairs.

Children are welcome on the boat under their parents supervision.

We cannot guarantee how many fish you will catch if any but our Captains will give you the best chance.

You may keep what you catch if you wish.

Tuna are usually only seen in coastal waters at sunrise and sunset. During the heat of the day they are almost impossible to catch.

There are 6 tuna fishing rods available for use at any one time. There are 15 smaller fishing rods for when we switch to smaller local species.
