Cyprus boasts some spectacular scenery and historical sites and we will see the best of it as we journey between major landmarks on this tour. Our experienced guides will ensure you see the best of Cyprus with an well-planned itinerary which will bring nature and culture together.

We travel to the ruins of the ancient city kingdom of Kourion. Boasting Hellenic and Roman ruins, this expansive archaeological complex contains well preserved mosaics, chapels and a bath house. Perched on top of the cliff is the ancient amphitheatre with panoramic views of the Mediterranean which are simply unbelievable. We then travel further east to Kolossi castle which was a crusader stronghold and dates back to around 1200. The sleepy countryside location hides the turbulent past of this once thriving landmark, home to the Knights Templar and frequented by King Richard the Lionheart. Please note that our guides are not permitted to guide you inside the ruins complex. Information boards and available and leaflets at the entrance.

From here we heard inland to the charming traditional village of Omodos. In the centre of the village is the Holy Cross Monastery from where a maze of cobbled lanes spread out. In these lanes you will find artisans and crafts people at work with many little shops to buy unique souvenirs and gifts.

Omodos is also home to the oldest wine press on the island and being in the heart of wine country, it's a great place to discover Cypriot wines. We visit a local winery where you can taste the locally made wines and find out more about wine production in Cyprus.

Not suitable for children under 3. Older children may participate but please bear in mind that it is a long day with lots of travelling so may not suit all children.
Pick up times are around 07.45 from hotels in Protaras, 08.00 am from hotels in Ayia Napa and 08.45 am from hotels in Larnaca area.
