On arrival, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area with your name on a sign. Please look out for him.

Your driver will check your flight number for updates to your landing time and will be waiting at the right time once your flight has landed.

Your driver will have your contact number and if you do not appear when expected he will call you.

If you do not see the driver, you can call the number on your booking confirmation email from us.

You must book at least 24 hours in advance. We can't guarantee bookings made within 24 hours.

Full payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

This journey is valid for journeys from Paphos airport to Ayia Napa, Nissi Bay, Ayia Thekla, Macronissos and Kokkinos residential area.

We can take you to any hotel, apartment, villa or address that you require.

If you are staying at Cape Greco / Konnos Bay please choose the Protaras transport option.

If you have booked a journey back to the airport for your return flight please ensure you have given us the departure time of your flight. Pick up will usually be around 5 hours before departure but we will confirm the exact time on your booking confirmation email.

On the day of your departure from Cyprus please wait inside the reception area of your hotel and the driver will come in and collect you.

If travelling with children please let us know their ages on booking. Child / infant seats and booster seats are available and must be used if travelling with a small child. These are available for €5 per seat.

Infant/child seats are required by law in Cyprus. It is fully the responsibility of the customer to ensure that infant/child seats are fitted correctly into the vehicle.

It is not allowed to travel with a child or infant on your lap for the journey. Please enter your child's ages when booking and the appropriate seat will be provided. You must pay the €5 charge directly to the driver for this.

A child / infant counts towards the occupancy of the vehicle.

The minibus is not wheelchair accessible. Collapsible wheelchairs may be carried as part of your luggage.

If you have a lot of luggage we suggest you book a larger vehicle. Luggage may sometimes have to be strapped to the roof of the vehicles or towed in a trailer if there is not space in the vehicle.

The capacity of this vehicle is 6 passengers.

The number of people carried in the taxi is limited by law, and the driver is strictly forbidden - both by law and by the company - to exceed that number. When booking your transfer, please be accurate about the number of persons, including children and infants, to avoid disappointment. Give us full information please to avoid problems on arrival.

If your flight is delayed you do not need to notify us. Your flight number will be monitored so the driver will be waiting for you at the right time.
