Basic Charter price - €4000

Your charter starts at 10.00am on day 1 and ends at 12.00pm on the 2nd day

Charter pack €300 per booking (Compulsory)

Linen and towels are included in the price

Refundable security deposit of €4500 must be paid by credit card (any damages will be deducted from this amount)

Compulsory Captain and Crew costs -
Skipper - €200 per day plus provisions (food, drinks etc)
Host/Hostess (Crew) - €180 per day plus provisions (food, drinks etc)

Please note: Skipper and Crew will require their own cabin
Provisions must be on board for the crew plus an allowance of €30 per crew member per day for a meal shall be respected.
It is at the guests discretion if they wish the crew to join them ashore for meals. In case the crew joins the guests for a meal the allowance of €30 is not applied.

The yacht will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank of fuel.

For bookings made outside of 30 days of your sailing date, a deposit of 50% of the charter price is payable to book this private trip.

The balance must be paid at least 21 days before your sailing date by bank transfer (In euro's) Full details will be sent to you with your booking confirmation.

For bookings made within 30 days of your sailing date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Please book at least 7 days in advance as there is limited availability slots for this boat. We will always try to accommodate last minute bookings. Please email us to check availability (info@loveayianapa.com)

Please note that cancellations within 10 days of your sailing date are non-refundable and will be charged at 100%. For cancellations within 30 days of your sailing date, you will lose 50% of the costs of your charter price and the cost of any pre-booked extras.
For cancellations outside of 30 days of your sailing date, you will not be charged and your deposit will be refunded.

Not suitable for wheelchairs.

Children are welcome on board under their parents/guardians supervision.

This boat sails from Ayia Napa marina, transport to the marina is not included.

All indicated times are approximate and subject to change.

This private charter requires a 50% deposit for bookings made outside of 30 days. Balance must be paid 21 days before sailing.

You can connect a device to the on board music system to play your own choice of music (USB, Phone, tablet etc)

In the case of bad weather for sailing, we may need to reschedule your trip. If this happens we will offer an alternative date/time. If we can not find a suitable alternative we will refund your payment.
