In the past few years, Green Bay has become pretty famous for it's family of sea turtles that live in the bay. It's an idyllic little bay, hidden away along the coast in between Cape Greco and Protaras with crystal clear water and a shallow walk in from the beach. As well as the friendly turtles, this area has submerged Greek statues and abundance of other marine life. It's a bit like an open air aquarium. It's a perfect place to snorkel with plenty to see and is calm and shallow on entry.
As Turtles are wild animals we cannot guarantee that you will see them or get to swim with them. We also strictly discourage touching or causing distress to the animals in any way. we are extremely lucky to have these creatures living on our coast and must do all we can to keep them safe and happy.
