We use quieter beaches on the outskirts of Ayia Napa and Protaras where there are less likely to be crowds of people.

Please give your hotel/accommodation details when you make your booking and we will arrange a location which is closest to you (Our event planner will discuss this with you and will suggest the best location)

Please note that most locations we use are away from the resort centre and so a taxi will often be required to reach them (You can arrange this yourself or we can arrange it for you)

The beaches are all public so we can't guarantee complete privacy in any location. We do not use any of the large main beaches as it is just too busy to set up a romantic area.

During the winter months or early/late in the season a beach picnic is not always practical due to the weather, so we may need to change locations or dates so you get the very best experience. If this happens we will work with you to arrange a suitable location that is both romantic and out of the weather.

Please book at least 7 days in advance. Bookings can now be made for all of 2026 and 2027.

For last minute bookings, we will try our best to fit you in, please email us info@loveayianapa.com to check availability.

Please provide a second choice of date just in case your first choice is already reserved for someone else. (Our event planner can only take one booking on each date)

After booking, our event planner will be in touch with you to confirm exact timings, locations and any optional extras you may need to make your experience perfect for you.

Our event planner will then send you a final invoice with payment details for your balance to be paid before the proposal takes place.

This package takes place around sunset. This varies from month to month so the exact start time will be sent to you by our event planner once your booking has been confirmed.

This package is available all year round, apart from public holidays, weather permitting. Please note that during the winter months and early/late in the season it may not always be suitable weather for a beach set up.
