Perfect for large groups, the Aphrodite I Private Cruise is ideal for stags, hens and special occasions. Cruising from Protaras, visit the Cape Greco caves, the stunning Konnos Bay and blue lagoon. This boat can accommodate up to 100 passengers over 2 decks.

Available Monday, Thursday and Sunday after 5pm From 01 May until 30 June and 07 September to 30 September ONLY, for private sunset cruises, May to October (weather permitting) please book at least 7 days in advance. Book with a deposit and pay the rest on the boat.

Availability Schedule

The Aphrodite I is available for Private Cruises on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays from 5pm onwards. From 01 May until 30 June and 07 September to 30 September ONLY. It is not available during July or August.

It sails from May until October, weather permitting. You can join the boat at either Protaras Golden Coast harbour (Paralimni Marina) or at Protaras pier.

Drinks must be purchased from the bar on board. You are not allowed to bring your own drinks on board with you.

Snacks can be purchased from the bar on board or you are welcome to bring your own with you. Buffet dinner can be arranged starting from €10 per person depending on the menu chosen. Please contact us about menu options and costs.

Boat details / Information

This boat has 2 decks and features a sunbathing deck and shaded seating area. There is also a glass bottom for viewing the sea floor.

This boat has a capacity for 100 passengers.

There is a bar on board where you can buy a range of refreshments and snacks, as well as free WIFI, toilets, shower, life vests, swim noodles, snorkelling masks, and jumping boards.

Route/ Itinerary

Choose to join the cruise at either Nissiotis Jetty or Paralimni Marina where we then sail west passing the beaches and bays of Protaras on our way to Cape Greco. We sail close to several caves including Ayioi Anargyroi cave, sharks mouth, St Mary's cave and Pirate caves. You will also see the famous Lovers bridge and there are many photo opportunities.

From Cape Greco we head to the gorgeous Konnos Bay Blue Lagoon for a refreshing swimming stop. After this we go to the Cape Greco lighthouse to see the magnificent sunset over the Mediterranean. On the cruise back to Protaras you can choose to have a small party on the top deck with music and dancing. If you prefer a more romantic cruise experience you can choose quiet music for relaxing.

This boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Maximum boat capacity 100 passengers.
Children are welcome on this cruise under their parents supervision.
This boat sails from Protaras Nissiotis jetty and Paralimni Marina. Transport to the jetty is not included.
Itinerary of this sailing is subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions or reasons beyond our control.
All indicated times are approximate and subject to change.
Passengers should arrive at the harbour at least 15 minutes before departure.
Book with a deposit and pay the rest on the boat.
In the case of bad weather for sailing, we may need to reschedule your trip. If this happens we will offer an alternative date/time. If we can not find a suitable alternative we will refund your payment.

Please note: It is not permitted to bring your own drinks on board with you.

Interesting but rushed

I liked Famagusta but would have liked more time there. Bellapais Abbey was well worth seeing - full marks to the tour guide for making sure it was open on a strike day. It was disappointing that Kyrenia Castle was closed due to a strike. This was the second time that I have visited Kyrenia and not seen the castle! Personally, I think it is a large amount of ground to cover in one day and it would be better to visit just Famagusta (and perhaps Varosha) in one day. The rest is probably best explored while staying on the other side of the island. Two hours is not enough to visit Kyrenia Castle and have lunch in Kyrenia.

This trip leaves you want more to see

Very good guide, provided a lot of interesting facts. Free time in Famagusta only to see the Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque and to enter the city walls. Belapais Abbey - enough time. Then visit the museum and castle in Kyrenia (additionally in the price of the tour the entrance ticket to the castle). Free time for coffee in the port. Unfortunately, on the way back Varosha was in the plan but it was already after dark when we passed it. I thought we would stop for a moment for photos but because of the late hour it did not make sense. It is a great pity because this was the main point that made me decide to do this combined Famagusta + Kyrenia trip. It took a long time to pick up participants from different places. I would not choose this trip again. It is better to use separate Famagusta/Varosha + Salamis and Kyrenia and Belapis.

The absolute best!

Kiki is such a lovely person, she make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. She helps you with poses, by giving you directions etc. That personally really helped me, as I can feel quite awkward infront of a camera at times. Her pictures look real and natural and I love that! The colours are fresh and or romantic. I ADORE my couples photo shoot, one of the pictures Kiki took has been my profile pic for over a year now. I also treated my brother and sister in law to a photoshoot with Kiki and they both loved it and loved Kiki! My sister in laws profile pic on Facebook is also one of the pictures that Kiki took. 👌

Romantic beach dinner

Wow!!! Booked with Beth for her to arrange a surprise dinner on the beach for my wife’s 50th birthday as this is something she’s always wanted to do. From contacting her initially she kept in touch with me regularly and was always available for any questions. When we arrived not only was my wife overcome but it was even better than I anticipated. The table and flowers looked amazing. The music and basket with blanket and pillows also added that extra special touch. The food was delicious! Beth was unobtrusive, only there to greet us, deliver food then on return to tell us the car was there to collect us. This was so romantic. A very well organised professional service with great touches to make my wife’s dream come true. Beth is a lovely lady and we also had the pleasure of meeting her husband who was also very friendly. Highly recommend.

Best experience while staying in Ayia Napa.

Was a stunning experience. Views and crew were great. Food was enjoyable too. Could the cruise improve yes it could! 2 things that needed to be considered and if it wasn’t for the views, crew and food being so good perhaps I would have complained. It’s marketed as a four hour cruise 4-8pm and we didn’t leave until 430pm, so the tour should have then finished at 830pm so that didn’t feel good. Secondly our first stop at blue lagoon where we had our first swim stop and dinner we were all saying the same thing that the over an hour stop was too long and we wanted to keep sailing. If these two things were understood and implanted this experience would be even more incredible.
