Avakas Gorge is located around 15 minutes from Paphos in the Akamas national park area. Immerse yourself in the spectacular natural scenery and marvel at the power of nature which has carved the canyon out of the rocks.

There's dramatic cliffs, an abundance of plants and birds and you might even meet some friendly goats. The hike requires moderate fitness as there are areas where you need to go over or round rocks or step over streams. It's a good hike all the way through but you can take it as fast or slow as you prefer.

Adonis Baths are located not far from the village of Polis on the north western tip of Cyprus. The nearby Akamas National Park is an area of outstanding natural beauty with the rugged landscape offering panoramic views. There's an abundance of plant life and wildlife here and it's a tranquil and relaxing place to reconnect with nature.

The Baths of Adonis sit within this beautiful area and offer a secluded pool hidden in a grove of trees. This magical spot is where the Goddess Aphrodite is said to have met with her lover, Adonis. Here they would bathe in secret and the area has deep mythological significance. Take time to enjoy a dip in the calm waters yourself and feel your cares melt away.
