If you've never scuba dived before and really want to see the famous MUSAN (Museum of Underwater Sculpture Ayia Napa) then this is the perfect dive option for you. We start from the shore at Pernera Beach and on this introductory dive, our fully qualified PADI and RAID dive professional will give you all the necessary safety information and instructions before taking you down to a maximum of 6 metres in this fascinating underwater world.

The MUSAN underwater sculpture museum opened in August 2021 and is a completely unique underwater experience. This site located at a depth of up to 10 metres just off shore at Pernera Beach in Ayia Napa, aims to work in harmony with nature and to create new habitats for marine life. The creation of world famous artist Jason de Caires Taylor the site is open daily.
Back at the diving centre you can view the photo's taken during the dive, these are available to purchase if you wish. Refreshments at the dive centre are also provided before and after the dive.
No diving experience is necessary. This trip is suitable for complete beginners.

The experience lasts around 4-5 hours including a 40-45 minute dive at each location.
To scuba dive safely, you must be in good general health and not be extremely overweight. Your respiratory and circulatory systems and body air spaces, such as your sinuses, must be normal and healthy.
Pregnant women and people with heart trouble, a current cold or congestion, epilepsy, active asthma, a severe medical problem, or who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, should not dive.
If taking prescription medication, consult your doctor before participating in this program and if possible obtain a doctor’s note to say you are fit to scuba dive.
If you arrive for your discover scuba diving session under the influence of alcohol your dive will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund.
You will not be able to dive if you have any of the following conditions: ear infection, ear disease, hearing loss or problems with balance, a history of ear or sinus surgery, cold, congestion, sinusitis or bronchitis, a history of respiratory problems, severe attacks of hay fever or allergies, or lung disease, a collapsed lung (pneumothorax) or history of chest surgery, active asthma or history of emphysema or tuberculosis, currently taking medication that carries a warning about any impairment of your physical or mental abilities, behavioural health, mental or psychological problems or a nervous system disorder, are you or could you be pregnant, over 45 and have a family history of heart attack or stroke, a history of colostomy, heart disease or heart attack, heart surgery or blood vessel surgery, high blood pressure, angina, or take medication to control blood pressure, bleeding or other blood disorders, diabetes, seizures, blackouts or fainting, convulsions or epilepsy or take medications to prevent them, back, arm or leg problems following an injury, fracture or surgery, fear of closed or open spaces or panic attacks (claustrophobia or agoraphobia).
